About Me

I was born in Croatia in 1975 when it was still part of Yugoslavia. Communism was no fun so we moved to Austria in 1984. I lived here until 2000, when I married Lincoln and moved to the US. We had met on the internet. In 2003 I had a daughter. Her name is Veronika and she made me a mother. In March 2006 I had a son. His name is Ivan and he is Veronika's biggest fan. You can admire them both here. I currently live in Connecticut with the above people.
I studied translating and interpreting (English, Spanish, German) in college and worked as a translator for a while, and then I worked in exporting and customer service. Right now I work part-time as a library clerk, but my real job is motherhood. I like it. Most of the time.
