The insanity of the pregnant mind
I like to watch Food Network, because it makes me feel like I ate, without any smells or tastes or stomach issues. Virtual eating! The real solution to morning sickness.

Dinka,
You are absolutely hilarious!
I hate the food network, you know why? For just the opposite reason. I watch them prepare this meal while saying things like "mmm, this smells soooo good."
Then in the end they eat it and you are watching them eat while saying "mmmm". Is this purgatory?
Oh wait, you did title this entry "insanity of the pregnant mind."
Hmm, this weekend I was in the village (no internet) and as I was lying in bed unable to sleep, it occured to me that I hadn't checked in lately to see how your pregnancy was going. I'm hoping that the morning sickness has passed by now, and you are just so busy not throwing up that you haven't had time to update.
And I *love* the Food Network-- I could watch it all day. Here the cooking shows aren't nearly as appetizing (though Spain does have some great food...)
Hey I just saw your comment about "artificial wombs" on Suburban Bliss... Have you seen "The Island" with Ewan McGregor? There's a movie that will make you think.
