CSA: Week Nine
I love getting such a colorful array of plants and vegetables each week, the deep purples and bright greens, coming right out of the ground like that. Here's week nine's share:
- arugula
- green peppers
- eggplant
- kale (below)
- parsley
- red scallions
- garlic
- shallots
